Oats – 1 cup
Chopped Almond – 1/2 cup
Chopped Cashew – 1/2 cup
Unsalted chopped Pistachios-1/2 cup
Chopped Walnut- 1/2 cup
Chia seeds – 1tbsp
Flex seeds – 1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds – 1tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 1tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1tbsp
Black Sesame seeds – 1tbsp
Pitted dates- 20-25
Honey – 1/2 cup
Saffron – 15-20
Cardamom powder as per tasteRoast all the seeds, oats and the dry fruits sperately except dates
Mix roasted seeds, oats and dry fruits together along with Cardamom and saffron.
Gride dates into fine paste.
