If the payment mode is COD then you can deduct the amount and pay to the delivery boy accordingly.
IF final payment amount goes below Minimum Order Level for free shipping than Flat Rate Shipping
as per rates applicable at the time of order will be charged.
If you have made the payment online refund will be within 7 days.
